Q. Can I buy advance tickets?
A. Advance tickets can be bought by calling our Customer Services team on 01507 529529 or by visiting the website . (Tickets)

Q. Do I get in quicker if I have bought my ticket in advance?
A. This does save time as there is no need to queue at the ticket booth. You should proceed to the gate.

Q. I am bringing my disabled friend, do I pay for a carer?
A. Your friend will need to purchase a ticket but as a carer you will be admitted free of charge.

Q. Is there disabled parking and if so do I need a blue badge?
A. Disabled parking areas are clearly signposted at all our shows. If you are unsure where to go please ask the security guard on the gate. We ask that you display your Blue Badge.

Q. How far is it to walk to the show from the disabled parking area? Is the ground level?
A. Netley Marsh parking is the first rows of parking in front of the visitor entrance.
Newark Motorcycle and Normous Auto Jumbles is the first rows of parking in front of the visitor entrance.

Q. Can I hire a wheelchair or mobility scooter when I get to the showground?
A. Unfortunately we do not hire out wheelchairs or mobility scooters at any of our shows.
Stafford – We organise a wheelchair to take you through the tunnel into the show and this is housed at the ticket booth at the main visitor carpark, so please make yourself known to the staff

Q. Is there a cash machine at the show?
A. At both our Stafford Shows a cash machine is located in the foyer.

Q. Is there camping on site?
A. There is camping for visitors at both our Stafford Shows. You can purchase camping tickets by ringing Customer Services on 01507 529529.

Q. Can I get power to my caravan?
A. Please contact our show office and we can put you in touch with the electricians to the site and you can book it in with them direct.

Q. Are there any shower facilities?
A. Yes there are shower facilities.

Q. Can I bring my dog?
A. Dogs are welcome on a lead at our shows with the exception of the International Dirt Bike Show at Stoneleigh Park and the Classic Dirt Bike Show at the International Exhibition Centre, Telford.

Q. At what age are people classed as Senior?
A. 65.

Q. How close can I get to the show to collect the parts I have bought?
A. Please go to the information office at the show and you will be advised the nearest place for picking up large items.

Q. Is there a bus service to and from Stafford?
A. Unfortunately there is no bus service to the showground.

Q. Can I book my catering unit at the shows?
A. No, all catering at the shows is organised by the showground.

Q. What time does the show open?
A. Opening times vary at the different venues.

Q. What time do the Normous Newark events finish?
A. There is no set time for closing.
