Classic motorcycle and scooter fans are in for a treat this January as television presenter and motorcycle enthusiast Henry Cole takes centre stage at the Classic Bike Guide Winter Classic Show, held at Newark Showground on January 10-11, 2026.
With more than 30 years in television, Henry is best known for hosting World’s Greatest Motorcycle Rides, The Motorbike Show, Shed and Buried, Find It, Fix It, Flog It and Find It, Fix It, Drive It.
Beyond the screen, Henry’s passion for motorcycles shines through his work with Gladstone Motorcycles, where he creates bespoke, hand-built machines that marry heritage and performance. Inspired by legends such as Paul Lewis and Barry Sheene, he has also made his mark on the Bonneville Salt Flats, setting a land speed record for Brough Superior in 2013 and riding in the world’s fastest two-up attempt with Allen Millyard.
Fans of scooters will also appreciate Henry’s affection for his 1957 Lambretta LD150 Mk3, which recently featured in Shed and Buried and later sold at auction for £1,955, a testament to his enthusiasm for all things two-wheeled.
Visitors can catch Henry live on stage with compere Steve Plater and at the fire-up area in the Stanley Sheldon Hall, where he will share stories from his career, insights into restoration and behind-the-scenes tales from the world of Television.
Mortons Media Group’s Events Planner Nicola Brooks said: “We are thrilled to welcome Henry Cole as our special guest for the Winter Classic show. With his quick wit, humour and lifetime of motorcycle and scooter experience, he is the perfect addition and as always will entertain fans of all ages.”
