If you only visit one show this autumn then make sure it’s the 16th Carole Nash Classic Motorcycle 
Mechanics Show, held over the weekend of 17-18 October 2009. As the world’s largest classic 
Japanese motorcycle show, this event truly has something for all motorcycling tastes, and it promises 
to be even better for 2009!
Over 1000 trade and autojumble stands are already booked in for the eagerly awaited event, ensuring 
there’s a bike-bit bargain for all! Plus over 70 clubs will display mouth-watering gems, and an 
additional 50-plus private entries, promise turn-of-the-century vintage wares through to iconic 
Japanese and European models from the 80s.
Other event highlights to enjoy include Bonhams’ famous auction, the historic Wall of Death and the 
hugely popular Classic Racer Grand Prix Paddock, where visitors can wander around the displays of 
rare, and in some cases priceless race bikes, then smell the Castrol R as they’re fired up for the public 
on both days.
With all this, plus the legend that is ‘Fast Freddie’ Spencer as this year’s guest of honour, the 
Staffordshire County Showground is sure to be a hub of classic motorcycle activity all weekend.
OPENING TIMES
The show gates open at 9am closing at 6pm on Saturday, and 9am closing at 5pm Sunday. Tickets 
cost £10.00 adults and £8.00 for Senior Citizens, Under-15s £3.50 And the parking is free.
