 We first met James in 2005, when he came on a week's work experience placement, then after contacting us on numerous occasions applying for a job within the shows department.
We finally accepted him in 2006 after he left Banovallum Secondary School in the summer, having gained GCSEs in all subjects.
 As a young boy, James captained Horncastle Town Football Club for his age group for a number of years. He has played drums and guitar in a variety of bands, and enjoys taking part in classic car rallies with his uncle in his Daf 33.
James has an interest in photographic and video editing.
